Ok as Yoda would say.....Bad Man, I am!
Firstly I'm sorry for not posting on here more often, but I just can believe how busy I've been for the last 4months, work has been a mare to be honest, but t pays the bills and keeps me in runners and toys. So its got to be done :-(
I promise I'm going to keep up with this blog, it's new year res! Anyhow HAPPY NEW YEAR and I hope you all had a good Xmas. We flew back to the UK saw Jack and family and put on too much weight, esp as there was so much snow around. It took us longer to get off the M25 than it did for us to fly back from Dubai.
Tomorrow I've got a bike fit with Toby from Bike Fit Asia, I'm looking forward to it. I'll also review the year we've had over the weekend.
